DIRECTOR - Craig Rosman

ABOUT

Craig Rosman is an architect practicing in Phoenix, AZ. He received an M.Arch II from Yale University and a B. Arch from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the past 7  years, Craig has worked on several US Embassy projects with the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO).  As part of multi-disciplinary design teams at SHoP Architects and Studio Ma, Craig focuses on design for sustainability, climate resiliency, and longevity.

Prior to work with OBO, Craig has worked on the design team on several innovative multi-family housing projects. With SHoP architects, he served as a project architect on Brooklyn Tower, a super-tall residential tower comprising market rate, rental and affordable housing units. Previously, he worked on B2, a 100% affordable tower, and the tallest modular residential building in North America. In 2008, Craig assisted Gauthier Architects in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of the Burst House for MoMa’s Home Delivery exhibit.

Craig recently completed an entry for the 2024 AIA Phoenix Metro + City of Phoenix ADU Competition. The scheme was recognized as an honorable mention and will be continued to be developed for inclusion in the city standards library.
